Andrew has over 40 years of experience in the financial services sector in executive, consulting, and non-executive director (NED) capacities – especially in the wealth management, financial advice, superannuation, insurance, and mortgage broking sectors.
Andrew has been active in industry and regulatory issues, and engagement with government and senior public policymakers, including through his roles with the Institute of Actuaries, the Financial Services Council (FSC) Advice Board Committee, the SMSF Association and his executive roles.
Andrew has had a strong involvement in the Not For Profit sector, especially through various Global Access Partners (GAP) initiatives including the Working Group on Education and Training in Philanthropy and Social Investment, Founding Director of the Society for Knowledge Economics, and member & Chairman of the Australian Society for Progress & Wellbeing.

To further enhance oversight and efficiency, the Board has established two proactive committees that convene monthly: the Finance and Risk Committee, and the Expansion and Growth Committee.
